Journal

The questions patients actually ask.

Most of what is written about cosmetic dentistry is written to sell it. This is the other kind. Two sorts of writing live here: a small number of pieces written in depth, and a running set of shorter notes, published as the questions come up in the chair.

How this is written

Written by the dentist, reviewed before it is published.

Every piece carries a name, a date and a review date. Nothing here is published to fill a page. Where an answer is contested, it says so. Where the honest answer is that you may not need the treatment, it says that too.

Dr. Omar Fabbro, DDS, Università dell'Aquila, Italy. Practising since 2016. Five publications on occlusion and jaw function.
